Mark Little commented on JBESB-1041:
------------------------------------
Kurt, it's confusing because none of this is clear in the comments associated with the
code. I don't have a problem with classes sharing the same name as long as we're
clear in the comments what's going on. It may be clear to you and it's clear to me
now, but not by looking at the code. I'll create a separate JIRA for you to fix the
javadocs. Thanks.
Why is there a CBR class (extends WireTap) and an abstract CBR
class?

Affects Versions: 4.2

This is confusing. If they do the same thing, why aren't they a single class. If not,
the names should be changed.
