[ERROR] com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not available in the classpath, requires Suns JDK
version 5.0 or latter.
tools.jar needs to be on the classpath in services/soap build for both Linux and Windows
but not Mac OS X

+ Oracle JDK 6). It seems like <pathelement> cannot be assigned by the
${tools.jar.classpath} path.
