This is mainly due to an issue in CSV cartridge. Fixing that issue, though, would not suffice as there is no mechanism in JBossESB to provide an ExecutionEventListener to the FileStreamSplitter (which extends AbstractStreamSplitter) and, also, to the SmooksAction.
