All facets could possibly do something like this to maintain that their configuration is
up-to-date, but we might want to add a more general feature for this or something later.

In JavaEE, most of the facets extend ConfigurableFacet, which provides a configuration
file. This facet could monitor the configuration file changes to reload the model contents
and perhaps even uninstall the facet if the configuration file is gone, for example.
