I've configured the notifications for JCR builds today. So info about other fail builds will be posted in format with both public and private URL. On mailing list problem, right now, I can see only one mailing list related to exo-jcr (exo-jcr-commits) in "list of lists" here https://lists.jboss.org/mailman/listinfo .
