There is an UI problem with Simple Skin during Edit Page viewing.
Steps to reproduce:
0. clear Browser's cache
1. Change skin to Simple Skin
2. go to a page (ex:Application Registry)
3. Choose 'Edit Page' from 'Group Editor' on top toolbar
