Steps:
* Register new user in public mode
* Login by new added user
* Logout
* Click Sign in link
* Send request "Forgot my password"
* Check registered mail & click the link to change password
* Input new recovered password, new & confirm new password
* Click Save --> show message: "User Name or Password is wrong or empty.
Please try again. "
