In browser 2 classic portal is cached, so it does not changed. If you want it changed
language, it almost always synchronize with database.
Have problem when change language in portal with 2 browser

- Login by classic portal
Browser 2:
- Login by classic portal
Comeback to Browser 1
- Go to Site
- Add new portal ( test)
- Change language ( Italian)
- Select Classic ( Test) portal --> show language is changed
Return to Browser 2
- Click Site
- Show portal list
- Click Site
- Select portal : test --> show language is changed
- Select portal : classic --> don't show language is changed --> Error.
