- Root newly created AAA group but does not allow other users to see it
- then John is trying to create a same group AAA and showing the message is expected
Should to auto refresh when add new group is existing on 2 ( or more)

+ Select Group management
+ Add new group: AAA
- Browser 2:
+ Log in by John
+ Add new group is the same with root
