There is a similar issue with page-level changes. Don't know if it's worth
creating a new jira for it.
Steps:
1) export portal state
2) edit some page (add/remove/edit portlets & page layout)
3) import saved portal state (overwrite or merge importMode)
Changes done in step 2 aren't reverted until logout.

NoSuchDataException appears when rendering Navigation, Breadcrumbs, Footer portlets.
After refresh the portlets render fine.
