ContentRegistry.getAll() or ContentRegistry.getAllSatisfying(Query<U> query) is what
you're looking for.

There doesn't appear to be any way in the api to get a list of available content (ie
portlet, wsrp, gadget, etc...). We need to be able to retrieve a list so that users can
determine which content they want to add to a category.
