Steps to reproduce: 1) log into portal as root 2) under 'site' click on 'Edit Portal's Config' 3) under the portal config menu, select permissions settings and change the 'access permission settings' from public to '/platform/administrators *' 4) the currently logged in root user will still be able to see and access the portal. 5) open a new browser and try to access the portal, you will be meet with a 404 Error page instead of the portal login page. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA.
