Suppose that, GateIn has several sites, for example: classic and webos. When user switch
from [classic] to [webos] and then switch back to [classic].
This action performs so slowly because it needs to rebuild UIPortalApplication.
Portal [classic] needs to be cached for re-using if neccessary.
