Yes, i agree. Currently, we has some validation don't make sense on this field
(First/last name) such as length from 3 to 45 characters, must start with a character,
must not contain special characters, etc.
we should only validate this field is not blank and not greater than 45 chacracters.

- Input some field valid
- Input First/Last Name contain special characters
- Click Save
