Dragging portlets in the edit page mode sometimes results in an error dialog: The target blockId to update is not found: UIPortalToolPanel. I had noticed this issue previously but it seems to have been addressed but now, it's back with a vengeance! This is mostly noticeable when trying to add WSRP portlets in a page. 2. When the error is displayed, the style used by Portal is somehow changed to another one. See the sequence of attached screenshots.
