Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Bug
I can no longer reproduce the strange rendering issues encountered before, its still not
rendering the correct content because of screen scraping, but the portlet boarders are
being rendered correctly and it no longer looks like the portlets are being rendered
inside of each other.

The sample google map and weather portlets can encounter strange rendering issues if the
data provided to the portlet does not get automatically resolved as being a zipcode/postal
code/etc....
An example is using hohoho (the Canadian postal code for the north pole/Santa, other
Canadian postal codes work properly). See the attached screenshot. This causes some really
strange issues with one of the portlets appearing to be rendered inside another portlet,
and the window chrome not being rendered properly.
