I think there is a dependency on the new PVM based API. So that should be stable first
before we introduce this in jBPM 3. Otherwise we risk introducing a new API in 3 which
will be incompatible with the one in jPDL 4.
jPDL 4 alpha 2 should give us that stable basis.
