[JBoss JIRA] (SRAMP-449) Ontologies Page: download icon not being pulled fully right
by Eric Wittmann (JIRA)
Eric Wittmann created SRAMP-449:
-----------------------------------
Summary: Ontologies Page: download icon not being pulled fully right
Key: SRAMP-449
URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SRAMP-449
Project: S-RAMP
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public (Everyone can see)
Components: UI
Reporter: Eric Wittmann
Assignee: David virgil naranjo
Fix For: 0.5.0.Final
The Ontologies page now has a download icon for each ontology. The icon is not being pulled fully to the right, because the table column it is being displayed within is too large. In other words, the icon is being displayed at the left-most part of the "icons" column of the table. A quick fix would be to set the column width for the icons column to 1%.

> The org.overlord.sramp.integration.teiid.deriver.ModelDeriverProvider class is not providing the correct deriver. I think this class was copy/pasted and never changed to return the correct provider type.
> I think we just need to change from this:
> {code}
> return Collections.singletonMap(TeiidArtifactType.MODEL.extendedType(), (ArtifactDeriver)new VdbManifestDeriver());
> {code}
> to this:
> {code}
> return Collections.singletonMap(TeiidArtifactType.MODEL.extendedType(), (ArtifactDeriver)new ModelDeriver());

Fix For: 2.0.0.Final
As we can use rtgov to monitor standard OSGi services, these should also be listed in the RTGov UI service list.

[JBoss JIRA] (RTGOV-474) RTGov UI provider implementations as OSGi service in Karaf

Fix For: 2.0.0.Final
See if possible to have the UI providers defined as OSGi services that can be resolved via activator etc, rather than CDI by including them in the war.
This would enable other technologies to be supported more easily within the UI.

[JBoss JIRA] (RTGOV-393) DroolsEventProcessor. Support Drools STREAM and CLOUD event processing
by ivan mckinley (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RTGOV-393?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.... ]
ivan mckinley commented on RTGOV-393:
-------------------------------------
Agreed with Jeff's point here.
In the case stream the application should be aware of the impact of using Stream and their application (switchyard or rest clients) should be "aware" of which Rtgov node they submit events to. This is a consideration all applications have when using stream and as Jeff mentioned there are methods to tackle this. See presentation from Duncan Doyle.
http://rhsummit.files.wordpress.com/2014/04/doyle_h_0945-high-availablity...
another concept would be to have some form of message based routing prior to the event hitting the EPN.
This could be performed on the switchyard side and built as part of the embedded collector (might be overkill).

[JBoss JIRA] (SRAMP-448) Consider TeiidModel changes
by Stefan Bunciak (JIRA)
[ https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SRAMP-448?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.... ]
Stefan Bunciak updated SRAMP-448:
---------------------------------
Description:
According to the discussion I had with DV QE, the TeiidModel should also contain definitions of relational tables (and/or procedures, transformations... )
{code}
relational:BaseTable xmi:uuid="mmuuid:b52c0c79-ae20-4568-8843-5109ba6c01e6" name="DataTable" nameInSource=""
{code}
It seems like most of the derivation is done from TeiidVdbManifest, and very few from the TeiidModel(*.xmi) file. Attaching my own visualization I've done according to the documentation of the derived artifacts: [^s_ramp_teiid.svg]

Stefan Bunciak commented on SRAMP-448:
--------------------------------------
Futhermore, the attribute nameInSource is applicable for the relational tables, not for the whole TeiidModel (*.xmi), or am I wrong?
