The strategy is implemented and ready for use - use jquery= prefix for using this
strategy.
There are three new selector functions :textEquals, :textStartsWith and :textEndsWith
along side :contains to complete the set of predicates.

Try to implement own selenium location strategy based on jQuery to decreate time of
long-running selenium tests.
Implement this strategy along with one test to prove the time decrease.
Validate runs of this test in available environments (IE7, IE8 as well as Firefox on
win/lin).
