Description: Verify showcase Jiras (RFPL-1599) on IE9 when browser is running in
compatibility mode and deployed showcase is with upgraded jQuery to 1.6.2. Relabel those
ones which are noticeable only on the normal mode with old jQuery version and use label
ie9_normal_jq162. (was: Verify showcase Jiras (RFPL-1599) on IE9 when browser is running
