Merged into master, I'll probably do some refactoring to make it consistent with other
addons and I have to register it with Forge.
I'm getting failures from jenkins - the build needs to be set-up for JDK 1.7, but the
configuration page freezes whenever I open it.
Update the RichFaces Forge plugin to work with RichFaces 4.5.x
