Modify local build script to remove jboss tools build checkout
* Since the maven repository contains the parent pom, there is no
longer any need to checkout the build directory from svn anymore

JBIDE-11714: Teiid
* Applied due to JBT requirements repository being deprecated. Instead of
copying the teiid-7.7.0 blob, it downloads it from sf.net using google
code's maven download plugin
