File is in file system (attached). After a quite long time (depending on file up to 30 Mins, for the sample file 5-10 Mins), this error occurs: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'wsdl:definitions' However, the file is valid according to XMLSpy, soapUI and other XML/WSDL validating tools.
