Eclipse's Import and Export menu items now.

I noticed the Preferences Designer Import and Export functions both use the Import file
chooser. Barry pointed out the correct methods are to use File > Import (or Export)
> General > Preferences.
Please remove all references to the older, obsolete, and, now incorrect, version.
