Mark Drilling resolved TEIIDDES-1471.

Resolution: Done
The import problem was due to class refactoring. The extended metaclass names in all
.mxds needed to be updated to reflect the recently refactored package names. There is
still some additional work to be done for legacy models which contain extension
annotations with the old metaclass names. Will log another JIRA for that work.
