Not sure the impact of // and \ characters in same URL on Windows.
In order for the Preview Data action to be enabled you need the following:
1) Preview is enabled ( See drop-down option in the Teiid View toolbar)
2) There is a connected Teiid server instance defined in the Teiid View
3) A valid executable relational table or procedure must be selected
4) If a view table or procedure is selected, then the backing transformation must
represent a valid SQL Query
