Resolution: Done
Changes from TEIIDDES-755 make this prompt no longer needed. JDBC username and password
are available so the profile will be created and the DTP perspective displayed without the
use of the "Create" dialog.

I haven't figured out why, but sometimes the Execute VDB action comes up with the
right VDB name, and sometimes it comes up with the wrong name, and existing VDB, but not
the one you're trying to execute.
