Maybe decorate each previewable object with a little "running man" or a little
green right arrow (Eclipse Run As...)
There is a "ExtendedModelObjectLabelProvider" which allows plugins to add child
objects to the Model Explorer. Needs to expanded to allow "decorate()" method
