'Edit TEXTTABLE() function options' has a setup of whether to validate a HEADER
and a SKIP options. I think that the relation of those setup and 'Column names in
header', 'Header line and 'Data line' are unclear.
Moreover, I updated the screen image to JIRA. In my environment (Linux 64 bit - JBDS
5.0.1), even if it expands a screen, 'Edit TEXTTABLE() function options' button is
not seen.

There is a setup of the Format Options configuration in Flat File import wizard.
A HEDER option in TEXTTABLE() function is contained in Generated SQL Statement even if it
disables the 'Column names in header' check box.
