Release Notes Text: Added MTOM support for generated SOAP web service
Resolution: Done
Added option to enable MTOM in the generated web service. The user will need to update
their schema by adding xmlns:xmime="http://www.w3.org/2005/05/xmlmim" and adding
type="xs:base64Binary"
xmime:expectedContentTypes="application/octet-stream" to the output element they
wish to optimize.
