Resolution: Done
The Execute Action will now prompt with the New Connection Profile Wizard for the username
and password when executed. All of the other profile properties (URL, driver, etc) will
be pre-loaded into the UI.
Teiid CP's created by "Execute VDB" actions should
prompt for credentials rather than use the Admin credentials.

The Admin credentials are used to deploy the VDB, as they should be, but then are then
reused to create the ConnectionProfile to query the VDB. We should prompt the user to
supply the credentials for the JDBC connection.
