Barry LaFond resolved TEIIDDES-3002.

Resolution: Won't Do
Teiid DDL (BNF) does not provide for specifying a result set name. As such, when exported
from Designer, there is no place to put that name. Making as Won't Do.

Name of Procedure Result Set is set on ProcedureResultSet. After generating model from
dynamic VDB is name the same as Procedure. (I think that maybe transformation SQL changed
the name)
