changed the backgrounds on the admin and jdbc URLs, so that it's obvious they are not
editable.

The "Connection URL" field in the "New Teiid Instance" dialog is a
text area that appears to be editable even when it is a read-only field generated from the
other fields. It needs to be much more obvious that it is not editable.
