Resolution: Done
1) Changed the Function metamodel contribution to be a first-class creatable model via New
Model Wizard
2) Removed the notion of a single FunctionDefinitions.xmi file and the hidden project from
org.teiid.designer.udf.UdfManager
3) Replaced with notion of Function Models registered in UdfManager so the
getFunctionLibrary() get's refreshed whenever Function models are edited
4) Removed all UI code related to UDF View
5) Insure that Function models can be added to VDB's AND the are NOT VISIBLE by
default.

Teiid 7.0 has changed their UDF-related code requiring re-integrating their new framework
into Designer.
FunctionLibraryManager doesn't exist anymore, FunctionLibrary has changed.
1) Investigate changes to Teiid and how Designer is supposed to handle UDF models in
workspace.
2) Refactor management of UDF models AND Function Definitions into separate plugins.
