Ted Jones resolved TEIIDDES-466.
--------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
Upon further consideration, I am going to leave this as it is. There is a new interface
generated for each table and a new port is created for each interface. This is actually a
helpful way to organize operations within web service models AND the generated WSDL. If a
user wants create all operations for one port they can create all the operations under the
same interface in Designer.
WSDL Generation from Web Service Models Creates Extraneous Nodes
----------------------------------------------------------------
Key: TEIIDDES-466
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIIDDES-466
Project: Teiid Designer
Issue Type: Task
Components: Modeling
Reporter: Ted Jones
Assignee: Ted Jones
Fix For: 7.4
Generated web service models from a Books VDB which creates operations for getBooks,
getAuthors, getBooks_Authors, and getPublishers. A separate port type, binding and port is
generated for each operation. Only one port type, binding and port is needed. We should
get rid of the extraneous nodes and combine into one port type, binding and port.
