xmltable supports "for ordinality" columns that effectively create a rowid
column. That feature could be added to texttable as well (that would need to be on the
teiid side).

When the results from a Metadata model search, return data that doesn't have a
natural row identifier
(e.g. results from a web search, where only text is returned) is there a way to auto
generate a simple primary key identifier value, e.g. rowid in oracle
