1) Had created PartsO and PartsV tested fine.
2) Then created PartsOCopy via Save As action
3) Then tried to preview PartsOCopy.Parts and got exception due to PartsOCopy's PVDB
was not created nor deployed.
4) Opened that model in editor, moved table and "saved" resulted in PVDB being
created.
5) Executed again and worked.
