For 7.5, I will remove JNDI altogether, use an embedded URL and allow the user to add
additional properties (see https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIIDDES-620). The changes
implemented by this Jira will make the JNDI value more intuitive and avoid the confusion
as to shich JNDI is required.

The JNDI connection used in the generated war needs to be a Teiid connection. This is a
confusion point for users and we need to verify the source, if the source is available. At
the very least, we need to make the requirement clearer.
