Resolution: Done
Now when creating or editing a Teiid server's properties, you can assign some custom
text that you want that server to be identified as. If no custom text is assigned then, as
before, the server URL is used. The custom label is used in the Teiid View, log messages
(along with URL), and other UI components.
Provide the ability to name the Teiid instance for better reference
in error messaging.
