Resolution: Done
Views were being filtered out as viable relational object. Relaxed that criteria and
flushed out the generation code to handle "View" object as well as BaseTable and
Procedure.

Import a physical relational model, create a view model directly from the physical model,
Right click on the view> Modeling > Create Web Service.
