Due to differences in dependent wildfly server packages versus jboss server packages,
we'll need to add V9 client and client test plugins

For compatibility with Teiid 9 and 8.13 we need a release with WildFly 9 support. Teiid
8.13 is fully compatible with 8.12 from a Teiid feature perspective. It's optional to
introduce additional language/feature support for Teiid 9.0.
