This should be done in BOTH the plugin's manifest.mf and the pom.xml. Since ya'll forgot to do this upversioning for the 7.4.4 release into JBS 4.1.3, I've bumped the plugin from 7.4.3 to 7.4.5. I've also upversioned the feature which contains this plugin. Same idea, from x.y.z to x.y.(z+1) for the feature's feature.xml and pom.xml. Now at 7.4.5 too.
