But I agree, we should technically be bumping dates. As to the collection of 7.4.4 and 7.4.3 / 7.4.2 features, that's to be expected. My assumption here is that the only features that moved to 7.4.4 are the ones affected by the changes above and beyond the code as it stood for 7.4.3. In other words, if a feature and its contained plugins have not changed, it shouldn't blindly be called 7.4.4 - it should remain on the previous version. That said, if you see something that's called 7.4.3 and SHOULD have been bumped to 7.4.4, that is in fact an issue. However, it won't prevent the user from updating so I suppose we're fine here.
