Checked in fix. Just needed to complete logic in TransformationGlobalActionsManager that
walks through the canDelete() scenario.
Deleting a physical table from a view model deletes the table from
the entire project.

If you select a physical table in the editor for a view transformation and delete the
table, the table is deleted from both the view and the physical model it is defined in.
