Resolution: Done
Resolved some compilation problems caused by API changes. Designer now builds with Helios
in Hudson. Installed JBT_M2_continuous and Teiid designer into Helios JEE and imported
from Oracle, created and deployed VDB, and queried through DTP.
Fix upgrade to WTP 3.2 targeted for Eclipse 3.6 target platform

When trying to build Designer with Eclipse 3.6 target platform, it appears WTP 3.2
refactored packages and broke our build.
Basically org.eclipse.wst.wsdl package doesn't exist anymore.
Need to investigate on how to replace missing classes or re-direct imports to refactored
locations.
