Not sure if there are any project artifacts that need to be generated/included in a
Template.
Maybe a "Function" model, but that may be merging into the Relational Model
Maybe an Empty VDB, but even that doesn't really provide any "head start"
for the user. So I'm leaning toward pushing this to Future OR rejecting it.
