You should probably fix this in the 7.4.x branch if you want it to appear in the 7.4.x
release stream (and therefore be available for JBDS 4.x).
AFAIK trunk is for Teiid 8.0 and Teiid Designer 7.7.

I installed JBDS 4.1.2 and updated to 4.1.3. When finished, the old System.vdb file was
still in the workspace plugins directory. To workarouns this problem, I needed to switch
to a new workspace, which forced loading the correct jar file and its components (like
System.vdb).
