We do not plan on supporting the 2.2.x stream. Instead, users should upgrade to 2.3 when ready. (See http://lists.jboss.org/pipermail/weld-dev/2015-May/003333.html for more info). In the meantime we may do 2.2.x releases for critical bug fixes. We do not consider this bug to be critical. Is it critical for you?
