[windup-dev] Files from the Windup Training Demo (Round 1)

Attached are the files that I put together for the Windup Training session. *The following files go into ~/.windup/rules/* sample.windup.xml sample.xsl *The sample-windup-ruleset project needs to be installed as a rule addon.* I've included the sample application for which the rules were written.
