patched an issue and added story points to the base lab. Also, it has a refreshed Windup

Also, I found a bug in this today that was causing it to mark every type
reference as "unbound" in some cases. Basically the JDT compiler was
aborting and refusing to provide bindings.
I have a workaround and I'll try to send a PR for that tomorrow.
Hopefully I can put together a sample of the API support in the
windup-rulesets repo tomorrow as well.
